At Zebraan, we aim to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for all our customers across India. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and fees.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select locations with an estimated delivery of 3-4 business days from the dispatch date.
  • Please note, delays might occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, holidays, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹50 for all orders below ₹999.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999.
  • Expedited Shipping: Additional charges apply (calculated at checkout based on your location).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s progress.
  • If you encounter any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact our support team at support@zebraan.com.

5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will reach out to assist in arranging an alternative solution or to issue a full refund.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Zebraan is not liable for any products lost during shipping. However, we will work with you to ensure the best possible resolution.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos and unboxing video of the damage, and we will initiate a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility, and a re-shipping fee will apply.
